Refund policy

Your peace of mind matters to us. Every handcrafted item at Path of Lotus is made with love, intention, and care. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items – Free Returns

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will gladly offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

📩 Please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing [email protected]. Include:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the item (if possible)

  • Your order number

We’ll respond promptly with return instructions and a free return shipping label.

Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve changed your mind or the piece no longer resonates with you, we understand. You may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Item must be in unused condition with tags and original packaging

  • Customer covers return shipping in this case

  • Contact us first at [email protected] to receive return instructions

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an update on the refund status. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Funds are returned to your original payment method

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund

📩 If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Important for EU customers: EU consumer law (the right of withdrawal) applies regardless of sale status. If you are located in the EU, sale or clearance items can still be returned within the applicable return window.

Note: Our products are handcrafted. Slight variations in color, texture, or design are a natural part of their uniqueness and not considered defects.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please:

  1. Return your original item for a refund

  2. Place a new order for the item you want

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. However, our general 30-day return policy applies to all customers including those in the EU — meaning EU customers benefit from whichever window is more favorable (i.e., 30 days). The 14-day period is the legal minimum; your actual entitlement under this policy is 30 days.

Items must be:

  • In original, unused condition

  • Returned with all tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase

  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions

  4. Pack your item securely and ship it back
