📦 Customs & Import Duties
All our items are handcrafted by artisans in Nepal.
Most orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Sweden for fast and reliable delivery.
Select items may be shipped directly from Nepal, especially when they are newly crafted or part of a special artisan batch.
While many items arrive without issue, some countries may apply customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We encourage you to check with your local customs office if you’re unsure about potential fees.
Tracking Your Order

Lost or Damaged Shipments
While rare, if your item arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us immediately at [email protected].
