Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to you.

Shipping Costs

  • FREE worldwide shipping on orders over $65 USD (or equivalent in your currency).

  • For orders under $65, exact shipping rates will be calculated and shown at checkout.
    You’ll always see your shipping cost before completing your order.

📦 Customs & Import Duties

All our items are handcrafted by artisans in Nepal.

Most orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Sweden for fast and reliable delivery.

Select items may be shipped directly from Nepal, especially when they are newly crafted or part of a special artisan batch.

While many items arrive without issue, some countries may apply customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We encourage you to check with your local customs office if you’re unsure about potential fees.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

While rare, if your item arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us immediately at [email protected].
We’ll investigate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund where applicable.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Once dispatched, we are unable to reroute or modify the delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you before the order ships.
